At HighbridFitness, I meet you where you are and help you move forward with discipline and patience. I'm here to guide you through training, fresh food, and intentional recovery so you can build strength you trust and a lifestyle you're proud of. I'm going to be honest and supportive of you, and in return I ask you to show up, stay consistent, and give yourself time to grow.
My Story
I’ve always been a physical person.
I grew up active, strong, and competitive — the kind of guy who could push through anything.
But for a long time, I was living without direction.
I worked late nights, long shifts, bartending and different service jobs.
I trained hard but never had balance.
I ate whatever was convenient.
I smoked to relax, not to recover.
I told myself I would “get serious next week,” and then lived the same cycle all over again.
It took setbacks and injuries to finally slow me down.
I had to face the truth:
I wasn’t lacking effort — I was lacking structure, patience, and discipline.
I rebuilt from the ground up.
I started running more.
I simplified my meals to fresh ingredients.
I lifted with intention instead of ego.
I learned recovery, sleep, breathing, and mobility mattered more than pre-workout hype.
And I stopped using cannabis to escape.
I learned how to use it with purpose — to breathe, recover, and sleep when my mind wouldn’t shut off.
That’s where HighbridFitness was born:
Hybrid training.
Fresh food.
Honest habits.
Patience over perfection.
Living like an athlete, not just looking like one.
I’m not here because I have everything figured out.
I’m here because I finally stopped quitting on myself — and I want to help others do the same.
